1. How to remove a merged folder (including merged data) from the workgroup Calendar?
Open Management panel. From the Outlook folder list select group folder (in bold type). From the list of merged folders select folder you want to move. Click the "Remove folder" button.

2. How to remove/delete a Group Calendar?
You can remove the folder from Microsoft Outlook or open the Management panel, select the Group folder in the Outlook folder list and click "Delete Group Calendar".

3. Can I synchronize any group or merged folder with my PDA or Pocket PC?
Any Group folder synchronized with Workgroup Calendar can be synchronized with PDA or Pocket PC. But usually the synchronization software (e.g. Microsoft ActiveSync) allows synchronizing only standard Outlook folders, i.e. Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Inbox and Notes. You can’t synchronize any other folders or sub-folders.

Yes, attachments are also synchronized along with Outlook items.

Yes, the program supports synchronization with custom forms.

6. I installed the product, but the menu doesn’t show up on Outlook toolbar.
Please open the Outlook Help menu->About Microsoft Outlook->Disabled Items and check if there is anything listed there. If yes, (Workgroup Calendar Add-in), please enable it and restart Outlook. If no, please uninstall the product, run Detect and Repair for MS Outlook (from Outlook Help menu) and re-install it.
